Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RexBot, including the RexBot website, Twitch bot, Discord bot, dashboard, overlays, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to use Discord, Twitch, and the Services under the rules that apply to you. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity performed through your connected accounts.

2. Acceptable use

You may use RexBot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord’s, Twitch’s, Spotify’s, and any other connected platform’s terms. Do not use the Services to harass, spam, impersonate, distribute malware, evade moderation, infringe rights, or interfere with the Services or another person’s access.

3. Connected platforms

RexBot depends on third-party platforms. Their availability, APIs, permissions, content, and policies are outside our control. You can disconnect a platform at any time through its account settings or the RexBot dashboard where available.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of messages, settings, artwork, and other content you provide. You grant RexBot the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate the Services. You are responsible for having permission to use content and for configuring bot permissions in your servers and channels.

5. Availability and changes

The Services are provided on an ongoing basis, but features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. We may update these Terms and will update the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when it is reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third-party platforms, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Services at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
